Topsham is signposted from the M5 motorway Junction 30 

You can turn first left off the motorway roundabout signposted Sidmouth, Exmouth A376. At the next roundabout turn right, signposted Exmouth and follow the dual carriageway until there is a right turn into Topsham at the George and Dragon pub.

This will take you past Darts Farm on your right, where Tesla drivers will find 11 superchargers and everyone else an amazing range of local food, deli counter, butchers, wine shop, cafe and restaurants. Continue along, over the bridge, up the hill until you reach the mini roundabout, then take a left into Topsham on Station Rd over the railway crossing. At the next mini roundabout, turn left into Fore Street. About 220 metres along Fore Street you will see St Margaret’s Church on your right, followed by 56 Fore Street, the apartment above Erin Cox Jewellers.

Parking is free for one hour along Fore street, but can be very busy. Guests usually say that taking any available space on Fore Street and walking the final distance to Church View works well. A single yellow line is opposite the apartment and sensible loading / unloading is usually allowed. 

By Train

Walk down the (gentle) hill along Station Rd, leaving the station behind you to the mini roundabout, turn left onto Fore Street, walk along past the shops and the Co-Op, until you reach St Margaret‘s Church on your right, followed by 56 Fore Street.  To Trainline: https://www.thetrainline.com/
